Terms and Conditions for Gift Certificates
Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale and redemption of gift certificates issued by Roggenstock Lodge AG, Oberiberg.
Types of Gift Certificates
The Roggenstock Lodge offers the following gift certificates:
Gift certificates: redeemable for any services (lodging, restaurant, spa, etc.)
Service certificates: valid for a specific service or package
Conclusion of the Contract
Gift certificates can be purchased online, in person, or upon request, and the purchase becomes binding upon full payment.
Loss or Misuse
Roggenstock Lodge assumes no liability for the loss, theft, or misuse of gift certificates.
Gift certificates are treated as cash.
Returns and Refunds
Gift certificates are generally non-refundable.
Returns are not permitted, except where required by law.
Validity
Vouchers are valid from the date of issuance.
Value vouchers and service vouchers are generally valid for 5 years.
For one-time services (e.g., packages with a fixed scope of services), a longer validity period may be granted.
Once the validity period has expired, the voucher value can no longer be claimed after the statutory statute of limitations has expired.
Partial Redemptions and Combinations
Gift certificates can be redeemed in multiple installments.
Multiple gift certificates can be combined.
Redemption
Gift certificates are redeemable only subject to availability.
Advance reservations are required for accommodations, the spa, and the restaurant.
Services are provided at the prices and under the terms and conditions in effect at the time of redemption.
Service gift certificates may be subject to seasonal restrictions (e.g., holidays, peak season).
Remaining balance
Gift certificates that have not been fully redeemed retain their remaining value.
Cash redemption of the certificate’s value or any remaining balance is not permitted.
Privacy Policy
All data collected in connection with the sale of gift certificates will be treated confidentially and used solely for processing purposes.
Changes to Prices and Services
Gift certificates retain their monetary value.
Service vouchers are valid for the offer in effect at the time of purchase; we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changes in price or services.
Transferability
Gift certificates are transferable unless otherwise expressly stated.
Liability
Roggenstock Lodge’s liability is limited to cases of willful misconduct and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. No liability is assumed for services provided by third parties (e.g., external activities).
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law shall apply exclusively.
The place of jurisdiction is the headquarters of Roggenstock Lodge in Oberiberg.
