Terms and Conditions (T&C)
Roggenstock Lodge AG, Oberiberg
1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the legal relationship between Roggenstock Lodge AG (hereinafter “Roggenstock Lodge”) and its guests/customers with regard to:
– Hotel bookings
– Restaurant reservations
– Gift certificates
By making a booking, reservation, or purchasing a gift certificate, the customer accepts these GTC.

2. Gift Certificates

2.1 Types of Gift Certificates
The Roggenstock Lodge offers the following gift certificates:
Value-based gift certificates: redeemable for any services (lodging, restaurant, spa, etc.)
Service-specific gift certificates: valid for a specifically defined service or package
2.2 Conclusion of Contract
Gift certificates may be purchased online, on-site, or upon request, and become binding upon full payment.
2.3 Validity
Gift certificates are valid from the date of issue.
Generally, the validity period is 5 years.
Different validity periods may apply to specific services.
Once expired, the value of the gift certificate can no longer be claimed within the statutory limitation period.
2.4 Redemption
Gift certificates are redeemable only subject to availability.
Advance reservations are required for accommodations, the spa, and the restaurant.
The prices and terms in effect at the time of redemption apply.
Seasonal restrictions may apply.
2.5 Partial Redemption & Remaining Balance
Gift certificates may be redeemed in partial amounts.
Any remaining balance will carry over.
No cash redemption of the voucher value or remaining balance.
2.6 Refunds
Vouchers are generally non-refundable.
Returns are not permitted, except where required by law.
2.7 Loss / Misuse
Vouchers are treated as cash.
No replacement will be provided in the event of loss, theft, or misuse.
2.8 Transferability
Gift certificates are transferable unless otherwise noted.
2.9 Price and Service Changes
Gift certificates retain their monetary value.
Service vouchers refer to the offer available at the time of purchase; subject to change.

3. Hotel Reservations

3.1 Contract Formation
A reservation becomes binding upon written confirmation by Roggenstock Lodge.
3.2 Prices & Payment
The prices confirmed at the time of booking apply.
Roggenstock Lodge may require an advance payment.

3.3 Arrival and Departure
Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: by 10:30 a.m.
Please notify us in advance of arrivals after 7:00 p.m.
3.4 Dogs
Dogs are allowed upon request:
CHF 20.– per day (food not included)
3.5 Cancellation Policy
Up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
High season (Dec. 18–Mar. 7): free of charge up to 21 days before arrival
Groups (more than 3 rooms): free of charge up to 30 days before arrival
After that, as well as in case of no-show: 100% of the total amount
Changes are considered a cancellation and a new booking.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
3.6 Travel Cancellation Insurance
We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

4. Restaurant Reservations

4.1 Reservations
Reservations are not binding until confirmed.
4.2 Cancellation / No-Show
Cancellations should be made as early as possible.
A fee may be charged for no-shows or last-minute cancellations, particularly for groups or special arrangements.
4.3 Availability
Reservations are subject to availability. Preferred times cannot be guaranteed.

5. Liability
The liability of Roggenstock Lodge is limited to willful misconduct and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
No liability is assumed for services provided by third parties (e.g., external activities).
The guest is liable for any damage caused.
6. Data Protection
All data collected will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for the purpose of providing the services. The currently valid data protection provisions apply.
7. Final Provisions
Swiss law applies exclusively.
The place of jurisdiction is Oberiberg (SZ).
